To do this, go to the SPRO transaction code and navigate to the Materials Management (MM) section. From there, select Purchasing > Purchase Organization > Assign Purchasing Organization to Company Code.

Step 3: Assign Plant to Company Code The next step is to assign the plant to the company code. To do this, go to the SPRO transaction code and navigate to the Logistics Execution (LE) section. From there, select Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Logistics General > Assign Plant to Company Code.

Step 4: Define Business Area The final step is to define the business area, which is a unique organizational unit that represents a specific area of operations in the company. To define the business area, go to the SPRO transaction code and select Financial Accounting (FI) > Financial Accounting Global Settings > Business Area.
